Who we are

What the app does
The app shows sample models of an e-visual aid (digital detailing presentation) for pharmaceutical companies. All brands, medicines and doctors shown in the app are fictional samples for demonstration.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal or device information. The app has no account sign-up, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The app does not request internet access, so it cannot send data to us or to anyone else.
Information stored only on your device
In some models you can add a doctor's name, speciality and area, and save call notes, the doctor's response and time spent per brand. This information is saved only inside the app on your device. It is never uploaded. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data in your phone's Settings or by uninstalling the app.
Permissions
The app does not request any Android permissions: no camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage access or internet access.
Security and data sharing
Because nothing leaves your device, there is nothing for us to secure on a server and nothing to share with third parties. The app contains no third-party SDKs (no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting libraries). Information you type in the app is never accessible to RX Design Hub.
Accounts and deletion
The app has no user accounts, so there is nothing stored with us to delete. To remove everything the app saved on your device, clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall the app.
Links to other apps
Buttons such as "Order this model", "WhatsApp us" and "Call" open WhatsApp, your phone dialer or your browser. What you share there is covered by the privacy policy of that app or service, not this one.
Children
The app is meant for pharmaceutical businesses and their staff. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app starts collecting any data (for example, for ordering or payments), we will update this page and the app's Play Store data safety section before that version is released.
